[Anim8or] is a Freeware 3D Editor, and you can create Indoor and Outdoor Levels and other Meshes for Gothic 1/2 with it. You can find a tutorial about Anim8or on the Anim8or page. Its a pity, that there arent special *.3ds Import and Export plugins for the gothic 3ds format and the standard *.3ds importer and exporter have got the usually restrictions (just short texture names, Polygonnumber) At complex works in Anim8or, there isnt a good control and the view is unclearly.
